Vegetable pancakes with ‘Stolnaya’ caviar imitation and fennel

Peel zucchini and carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess juice, add flour, egg, salt, pepper, fennel and mix.
Pour oil into a preheated pan, form pancakes and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Put them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with caviar and cream sauce. Garnish the dish with a slice of lemon.
